 Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be **unused, unopened, and in its original packaging**, with proof of purchase.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@taherstallow.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

* Opened or used personal care products
* Sale items
* Gift cards
* Custom or personalized items
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your unopened item qualifies for return, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
