SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Taher’s.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotions.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Taher’s is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

* Carrier issues
* Weather conditions
* Customs processing
* Incorrect address information
* High-volume transit periods
* Events outside our control

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of the package to the carrier.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products are made with natural tallow and may soften or melt in warm temperatures during transit.

This does not affect product quality or effectiveness. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before opening. Texture may vary slightly after melting.

 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Taher’s is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Taher’s  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select locations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

Taher’s  is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
